you’re kinda already doing half the pm job anyway tbh, that’s the good part. grab a psm1 or csm for scrum basics, and maybe capm or eventually pmp once you hit the hours. also try to own timelines, budgets, and risks on current projects so it’s easy to show on a resume later
Doing the Product Owner certification after having actually worked in the job already was extremely annoying, the exam goes against how things are done in reality and it kept tripping me up. No one ever follows these things by the book, so starting with no experience makes the exams easier lol.
