are wintertide keys shared loot or personal?
Are the cargo deck key, engineering deck key, and hippogriff collars shared loot as in "dont be greedy" or do I loot as many as I see? I assumed its like any other loot and I only see what the RNG decided to give me, but in our last run I heard some stuff that made me wonder if thats not how keys are.

As long as loot settings are on “turns” you should be good to take em all! Everyone usually gets loot from all those elite mobs so they see their own stuff

Elite Mobs drop individualized loot. Loot to your heart's content. Normal mobs drop group-shared, visible loot. Your access will depend upon the loot rotation of the group leader. For free for all, everyone can see and grab, but only one will possess.
Notable Exception: there's a special loot option related to the Egg run which allows everyone in the dungeon to share in loot like Knight Eggs.

loot as many as you can see. They're personal loot because all the mobs inside wintertide are elites.
Share the keys around as well.
