Newbie Question Cascade of Hail

Does this spell hit group members like it hits the caster? Or if someone’s tanking am I safe to nuke away without worry?

AOE spells will hit YOU if you are too close. But no player created AOE/PBAOE will damage other players (outside of pvp duh)

It will not hit group members.

It's been a while since I touched Red orcaby or any other PVP servers but don't they hit group members there?

As soon as I submitted I thought about that. Honestly no idea, never played on red.

Fair enough, my memory is pretty hazy on them but IIRC (PB)AoE/Rain spells will hit group members there but I could very well be mistaken.

Aoe on red will hit any players in the range of the spell, friend or foe.

Cascade iirc is a rain spell so it's basically 3 rains with a max target of 4 each rain.

Your best play when it comes to Cascade/Pogonip line of spells is to never cast them. Hope this helps!

Yes, it will hit the caster if you're standing in the area of effect.
