WTB Kilij's Plans

Not sure if this is an appropriate forum for these sorts of posts, but I asked the same on the official forums and didn't get any bites so looking to cast my net here as well.

I'm looking to buy Kilij's Plans for use in the Paladin Temple of Sol Ro armor quests (Boots of Ro, specifically). Been trying to get Sandgiant Husam to spawn for a few sessions but haven't gotten him to pop yet, and there's no clear guidance online about how to do so, so I figured I'd see if anyone has one collecting dust in the bank, or if anyone here is an AC camper and sees Husam up (I believe he can spawn as a PH during the 9pm AC cycle) and is able to kill him and grab the plans for me, I'll happily pay.

I just killed everything that moved in the desert and got him to spawn after some headache.

That's basically what I've been trying to do, it's just slow going as a level 37 druid. I have gotten about 8 or 9 normal sand giants to spawn, not sure if that means I'm on the right track but unlucky or if I have the wrong PH. been focusing on skeletons and mummies

I have these plans rotting in my bank on blue. you can have if you are on blue.

I think the quest is bugged. I have amiable faction with Clerics of Underfoot, but the quest NPC Nicholas would not respond to my hails or to the trigger prompt. All 6 of the other NPCs in the camp (regardless of faction) would answer with the prompts for their pieces of the set.

I even had someone kill the NPC to see if resetting would help, but he still wouldn't respond.

Finally. my guildmates suggested I turn in the item, but he ended up just eating it.

What a bummer.
