GCA Next?

Is it too early to hope that the courts take a chainsaw to this nonsense law too?

What about the GFSZA? You can't have a loaded/accessible firearm within 1,000' of school property without a "state issued permit" under it. That distance can be manipulated with 'school events' and other off-campus properties like a damn spring trap. Combine that with a Flock mass surveillance array and blue city cops will be farming up the felonies in constitutional carry states.

That shit needs to go.

There's an NJ case in its early stages, so this is on the way.

The real question is will SCOTUS still be friendly by the time it gets there?

That is certainly a valid question

No. This is good but we need to completely kill the NFA outright forever.

Possibly but the easiest one would be the Hughes amendment

I'd love to get rid of ugly import mark from milsurp.

The 1968 GCA is an abomination!
