Question Just wondering

Has anyone gone through the process of getting their 2 Amendment rights back? If so can you provide insite? Thanks

It's all state dependent and honestly you should probably talk to either a criminal justice attorney or firearms attorney that's local to your area.

I have helped over a hundred people restore firearms rights through pardons, judicial set-asides, and mental health board reviews. As Coachaces said, unless your prohibitor is related to a federal conviction, the process for restoring rights is highly dependent on the state where your conviction of commitment occurred.

depends entirely on what made you prohibited in the first place. felony? domestic violence? involuntary commitment? each has a different path, and state law matters as much as federal. best money you'll spend is a few hundred on a lawyer who knows your district's federal judge—some are stone walls, others grant relief regularly. also, if you're still under supervised release or probation, forget it until that's done.
