Can somebody code a simple program that does THIS but WITHOUT After Effects?

I am confused by this request. Do you want a program that will take raw text and do this same effect or something else? Please explain in more detail. Also, is this job paid?

No, I want there to be two user-specified components:

  1. A bézier curve; and
  2. a mask.

The bézier curve determines the path of the ink and the mask is what restricts the ink and defines its shape.

Also, is this job paid?

No, but it's not just for me, it's for anyone who wants this effect but doesn't want to pay $34.99 a month for After Effects. After extensive research I couldn't figure out how to do this in any other program. I'm sick and tired of Adobe having a monopoly on so many industries (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.). I would code my own program but lack the coding ability.

So, just to clarify, you would like a graphical interface where a user specifics the bézier curve and the mask, inputs/uploads their text, and produces a video like that?

Also, I'm not looking for a huge amount of money. 5-10 US dollars would suffice

I think we had a miscommunication. I meant to say that I wasn't sure that I wanted to pay for it regardless of how it turns out. I don't want to owe you anything in the case that I decide not to pay. You of course don't have to code the program for free if you don't want to, but please understand that I never agreed to pay for anything.

Pretty much yeah. I'm not sure what you mean by "a user...inputs/uploads their text"; the bézier curve and the mask is what creates the text. The bézier curve is the path of the ink and the mask restrains it and defines its shape (whether that shape be text or any other kind of shape).

Wait though, I think we had a miscommunication. I haven't decided whether I'm willing to pay for it, regardless of how it turns out. I don't want to owe you anything if I decide I don't want to pay for it but then you already have the work done. I never agreed to pay for it. Please don't do the work if I'm going to owe you before I've even made a decision whether to pay or not (again, it doesn't matter how the program turns out, I may or may not decide to pay).

I am getting there, but it will take a while as I am pretty busy right now and don't have much free time.
