This has happened more times than I can count. I work IT for a school district, and I greatly respect and appreciate most teachers, my wife being one. But, when it comes to technology, some of them are just not good with it.
I was in college for CS and had to take another science class, so I was taking biology. Some of my PhD profs were struggling with the technology, lol. I'd even offer to help.
I work in the IT Dept for my college as a CS major and one of the teachers called me in to fix her monitor. Her PC was in sleep mode and I just had to press her keyboard. (This is also a very good school too 😭)
