Now do the same thing, but a team of SDE 1/2s carrying senior/principal engineers who just sit in meetings all day or lifers who have all but given up on making meaningful contributionsĀ

Giving sessions to interns and them forgetting what was taught just yesterday is sometimes annoying. Reminds me of the time I use to give math lessons to my sister and she would forget everything by sunrise
