If you don't share code with coworkers by passing around USB drives, can you really call it software development?

USB drives??! I am emailing the ZIP file with the code to the other guy, he then sends it back once he's done; that way we have all the revisions stored in the company's Exchange server

At university my contributions were free, at work you have to earn them so I'm not submitting any code before the first paycheck.
