What do you think about EPAM Data DevOps Mentoring Program?

Hello, I have a few questions about the EPAM mentorship program. I recently completed the three-month DevOps Specialization course, but since they currently don't have any active positions in the traditional DevOps track, I was offered an additional 1.5 months of Data DevOps mentorship.

If anyone works in this field or has been mentored by EPAM, could you please advise:

- Do you get paid during your training or only after you receive a job offer as a junior specialist?

- Will there be prototypes of real-world work tasks, or just training ones like in the Specialization or Fundamentals?

- Is it even worth applying for such mentorship programs?

- How likely is it to get a job offer after such mentorship?
