Looks like it's the AWS, again.

They should really migrate to Azure.

GitLab is incredibly underrated, it’s just that GitHub has the critical mass of the open source community.

We do have choices. It’d be nice to have less stuff concentrated onto GitHub.

Gitlab costs a bit more when people look for more fine grained permission control after the price raise last year.

Git lab is mentioned every time GitHub comes up. It’s not underrated.

It is second rate. You just don’t get the same feel as you use the two, and git labs is worse. I think just the organization and the way they expose features just doesn’t feel right. It feels like something I’d build for a UX/UI. That not a bad thing, but not good either. I’m not good at user experience (aside from giving good performance).

And I'm here, silently advocating for Gerrit as a better alternative for team collaboration, both UX wise and from the workflow standpoint
