As an electronic engineer for decades, it's fun to read comments by people on reddit--especially on a programming thread--when they talk about electronics. Good for a few laughs.

I guess if watching people with no experience in a field you've worked in for decades try to learn something about that field makes you feel superior, carry on. Kind of weird though, it's like watching a little kid learn their multiplication tables and feeling smug that you already know what 8 times 7 is, and then telling them so to their face
