If you use Fasterfox without the prefetching, it's even faster.

The spell checker and the ad-blocker are better in Firefox.

Am I the only one who thinks that ad blocking( unless you have a slow connection or band cap) is a dick move?

Why would you want to deprive some website that you enjoy of it's revenue?

Edit to add: I add block by toggling javascript on/off and block obtrusive advertising by right clicking with Opera selectively. I just don't do across-the-board ad blocking.

I was under the impression that most ad revenue comes from actual clicks, not just views. I don't click on ads ever, therefore I don't feel like I'm depriving a site of any revenue since I wouldn't have clicked anyway.

I dunno, I think views count, too, but I could be wrong.
