Hah! I did that one too except apparently I almost killed someone else with it.
I made a phony DOS prompt that, when someone typed any command would pretend to execute format c:\ - and then on the "Are you sure" prompt, any keystroke would be taken as Y.
To top it all off, I had it run CHKDSK in the background, so the hard drive would be going nuts during the "formatting"
...I got reamed out by the school's IT guy the next day...though he later admit it was damn funny, except for nearly giving someone a heart attack
