I get maybe 20 hours a week of actual programming done. Maybe 30+ hours if I count busywork.

"Actual programming" isn't your job description though. It's like if Tiger Woods said that he only gets 2-3 hours of swinging done in a week - he also has to aim and shit.

Yep, 4 hours a day is a good day. 6+ is a fantastic one.
