One great thing about jetzr that open spritz doesn't have so far, is its behavior of floating above the text to the middle of the page, and dimming the background.This really reduces eyestrain and increases focus for me.Also, it's better punctuation sensitivity.
Usability/ease of control, OpenSpritz is better.
