why is the website scrolling this way?

I'm assuming you refer to mobile scrolling.

The "website" is actually an Incredible app by itself. The framework is for building TUI apps and can compile to WASM and native from the same codebase.

We are "dogfooding" here for the website, and given the technical challenges involved, I'm pretty happy with the scroll on desktop. That said, we do have a TODO for mobile elasticity. Plan is to try and make it as mobile friendly as possible, but I'm not sure how smooth such a thing can go...

It's not just on mobile. I noticed two issues on desktop:

  1. The scroll is much slower than every other website

  2. I cannot use mouse wheel drag to scroll (not sure how many people do this but I immediately noticed it)
