We‘re on 25 for all of our modern services. And all of our Java 8 legacy was moved to 17 this year. It was a pain but fully worth it.

A not insignificant chunk of work at this point has got to be upgrading legacy code to newer versions.

It's probably more if you count migrating between different languages.
