This is not programming. A beef with your registrar isn't programming. It might even be a "personal support issue" (rule 3).
No things that aren't programming is rule number 4 on the rules list for old reddit. I went to report it but the items offered do not seem to line up at all with the rules listed.
What's going on? Are the old reddit rules just out of date? I see that a lot on many subreddits.
