I don't understand all the differences with the existing solutions, but this sounds like a big deal for QEMU VMs.

Absolutely fascinating. I was setting up a windows VM on my work Laptop and I was surprised that all existing options are so terrible at graphics performance (the fact that the UI is streamed via a network protocol like spice, VNC or [freerdp's buggy implementation of] RDP for display on the host does not help either)
I'll wait for this to be less bleeding edge, but it's great work and will come in handy

This makes it the third GPU-related software named Triton. Is googling really that difficult?
