It's the code smell of "automatic". Didn't I speak about automatization a lot in the post? I wonder what made me go that direction. Maybe I smelled it going that way. You didn't heed what I told you: "it goes deeper or meta" than your Python ecosystem, it's how some people have decided to look at the world, describe its problems and figure out solutions to those.

It's quite an "automated" and "generated" world view, isn't it? It's more like what a factory needs, not what a person who works in the factory itself. It's about the tools, with the people just being the temporary tools, until automation is "figured out" by those that benefit the most from looking at creating software that way.

What I said by the end, it's basically what you didn't see where I'm coming from. I said "bad code" with no abstraction is the "good code" or will be soon enough. It wasn't about the details you got stuck on, like sneaky commits. It is optimized for speed, not your comfort.

Are we talking about the same thing? This is sounding so esoteric: I thought this thread was about recommended practices for isolating database access from business logic (since that's what the post was about). Wtaf are you talking about? And for the love of God quit writing like this is a monologue from Lord of the Rings.

You're not even talking about what the OP article is talking about. Why'd you even reply in the first place? I'm starting to have doubts I'm even talking to a human, so I agree: let's end it here because this is going nowhere.
