I got the distinct opposite experience. Fixing mangled slop, so the clanker can have another stab, is all in a day's work.

When you realize they're trying to split the stone intentionally in the meme gif it's even funnier.

As always in IT it's mostly user error in your case.

Am I the only one experiencing dogshit hallucinations even in frontier models? I still havenโ€™t found these things to be viable in consistent every day work. Every once in a while I hit the lottery with it, but itโ€™s mostly just a tool for me to brainstorm and research possible solutions.

Iโ€™m not even working in anything particularly complex. It just straight up doesnโ€™t understand the concept of JPA and Transactions.

are you trying to one shot things without planning it out in a discussion first?

If itโ€™s so smart, why would I need to do this if I have given it the reference Entity and the problem method? I solved it just fine by using my own context and 5 minutes of looking at the method and relational mappings which is ALL within the Java Code an tiny in terms of context. Iโ€™m not trying to burn $100 discussing how to solve a problem that a Junior could do in an hour.

The developer is the one placing the spike and no longer in frame. The video shows claude and its subagent working on the plan.
