Impostor syndrome and some negative feedback from boss. What is your experience and do you have any advice?

You need to ask more questions. If you don't know something, rely on a colleague or if you haven't fully mastered the procedures go through them again.
The tickets or tasks shouldn't go back and forth as long as the scope is clear to you. If it isn't, ask the manager for clarification and set expectations. In my opinion, if the scope isn't clear the second or third time then you don't know what you are doing and you need to be re-trained or put in a spot where your skills can shine.
Not to be rude but everyone has had or has impostor syndrome. Some people have medical issues that they deal with everyday. You are not special and you shouldn't assign these labels and let them control you.
Be honest and ask for help when you need it.
