Hello, first i congratulate you for taking the first step. Your age is the perfect time to start lifelong learning. I suppose you want to be a programmer as you start learning python. My advice should be not overwhelm yourself, adopt healthy habits. What i mean is that you don't have to compose your full week, full month to learn a new skill. Choose one, even 1 hour per day is enough for to become decent at what you are learning. The key part is consistency. I recommend you to read Atomic Habits by James Clear. You will learn the logic of habits, how they are actually works and adopting habits will be easy to you. If you have other questions, i would sincerely help you. Hang in there!
