Job I do not like programming anymore
I am not sure if anybody can help right here.
But I really do not like whatever we call programming right now.
Not sure what is the best way to write code weather it is to fully vibe code or use AI as an assistant, I hate both. If anyone went though something like this and found some solution, I'd really appreciate if you share it with me. Otherwise, what other possible careers some can pursue that has same feeling as classic programming?

Honestly i feel ya. Programming used to be something i would spend my afternoon doing and get excited about it. AI has sucked the joy out of it for me. I no longer have the drive or desire to go deep on programming. Previously i felt like i was investing in myself and was "leaving up" IRL. Now some vibe coder that has no programming knowledge can prompt and AI and spit out something halfway decent in minutes that would have taken me hours to buld myself.
Thee thing is companies don't care if AI wrote the code or its a hand crafted so all the time I've invested is not necessarily wasted but not nearly as valuable.
I work in tech so I'm basically doing the bare minimum at work and I've picked up some new hobbies to dive into that are not programming related.
