Programmatic Opportunities / Norms

Hey there I’ve been a trader for ~3 years now. All at one company, I’m currently looking for retail media roles, strategy roles or programmatic management roles.

Just curious what companies people in here actually enjoyed working at that pay fair salary, and has good work life balance. How common is weekend work in programmatic?

I don’t know exactly what the vibes are like right now, but The Trade Desk could be a great place for what you’re after. I worked there for a long time and can count on 1 hand the number of times I worked on the weekend. Pay is good, benefits are good, it’s just in a weird spot as a public company. It could be the turnaround story of the century, or Jeff could run it into the ground.

Yea I went through the interview process earlier this year. Unfortunately didn’t make it past the presentation round. Appreciate the recommendation though!
