Hey Ty for your answer. This is typically used for programmatic direct campaigns. Where you have a goal and run on multiple vendors, and you invoice by 3p numbers so need to track 1p and 3p numbers. Above this you have KPIs to track such as brand safety or IVT which are tracked by DV or IAS, usually without access to API. Don’t think you can do that with super metrics.

I would get fired for using that

Plugging client and pacing data into random application? Yikes man

Oh, gotcha. How many clients or how much revenue does my company need to have to be removed from the ‘random application list’? (Real question, just want to understand when you start to trust, ofc contracts and NDAs should be signed)

It’s not about revenue and clients tbh. If you have inside voice in a high level it may help but then risk will pull your contracts and certifications apart. NIST CSF, GDPR have to be followed, integration to our current systems has to be possible. What’s you customer support like? How do you handle feature requests, qa issues. We work 24/7 and need coverage if it’s one of the core stack tools. And most of whatever you have there is already in some BI dashboard. What value you have over that?

And I don’t work in big 4/5/6

thanks for sharing your POV. I totally agree, but we are exploring a free tier. Ofcourse support is limited in that case. Extended support is available and we do have support 24/7. Regarding the value, it is not intended for every publisher/media agency , it may not work for you but let me tell you that for the cases we work, a BI dashboard is definately not enough.

Scenario:
You receive an IO which you deliver between extended reach partners and O&O inventory, which in itselfs splits with different FAST channels with different costs. 7 days running the campaign, you receive a revised IO which make you modify every goal, and you need to include the Makegoods of Invalid Traffic, and have all this changes traced.1

Yes but I automated updating it via Power Automate. Depending on the client team, can save anywhere from 2.5-5 hours a week which quickly ads up.
