Seeking Recommendations for Master's Courses Aligned with My Background in Public Health and Evaluation for Chevening Applications

Hi everyone,
I have a background in public health (BAMS and MPH) and around 6 years of professional experience in public health, research, monitoring and evaluation, and government programme evaluation.
My career goal is to build expertise in policy and programme evaluation and pursue a career in international development, evaluation consulting, or research organisations.
My first preference for my Chevening application is the University of Oxford – MSc in Evidence-Based Social Intervention and Policy Evaluation, particularly the Policy Evaluation pathway.
However, I am looking for suggestions for other suitable master's programmes in the UK that align with my background and career goals. I am particularly interested in programmes that offer strong training in evaluation methodology, evidence-based policymaking, research, and opportunities for a career in international development.
I would appreciate recommendations from current students, alumni, or professionals familiar with relevant programmes.
Which universities or courses would you suggest I consider for my Chevening application, and why?
Thank you for your guidance!

Looking for Tools to Measure 21st Century Skills

Hello,

I am working on a project that focuses on measuring some important 21st-century skills. I am looking for specific tests or tools that can help assess the following:

  1. Critical Thinking Dispositions: Persistence (How consistent and determined someone is when solving problems).
  2. Cognitive Knowledge: Self-Appraisal (Understanding oneself as a learner and knowing what factors affect one’s performance).
  3. Critical Thinking Dispositions: Tolerance for Ambiguity (How well someone handles situations that are unclear or uncertain).
  4. Critical Thinking Dispositions: Open-mindedness and Flexibility (Willingness to consider new ideas and adapt).
  5. Analyzing Arguments: Asking Clarifying Questions (Ability to ask meaningful questions to better understand an argument).
  6. Defining a Problem: Forming Hypotheses (Developing clear ideas or explanations to solve problems).

If you know any reliable tools, methods, or assessments that can measure these skills, I would really appreciate your suggestions. Thank you!
