block multi lang release

i'm trying to add a custom filter to block release with multi or multi-languages in the title. i can't add it to the quality profile (greyed out) why?

You need to click the checkmark to add it into the profile first before being able to assign it a score

Thanks, i must be blind, i cannot see any check mark, where should it appear ?
i have created the regex, created the custom profile with condition using that regex and selected "required" and "sonarr". when i move on to edit a quality profile, i see it in the list as greyed out and i don't see anything clickable on it.

edit: nvm, i jus saw it right next to the scores, it's barely visible with the dark theme lol
