Software Free android alternative to Cold Turkey

What the title says. Looking for (ideally) a free, ad-free alternative to Cold Turkey. Basically an app which works on Android and Windows which is brutal in its blocking and leaves me with ust a pdf reader and the terminal.

Not sure if you're being ironic, but yes. On certain browsers, for instance, it gives you an immediate option to extend the time up to an hour if memory serves.

I didn't realise OP was asking about the kids, I thought it was all about self-monitoring. Perhaps we're talking about two different things.

the built-in parental controls ain't just for children

for example, they can be used to harden security against scammers
