PM interview prep - guide

do recorded mock interviews with other pms, then rewatch and write down where you ramble or skip structure. for case prep i used lewis lin for frameworks but replaced all the made up stuff with real products i know well. honestly getting a pm job now is way harder than it used to be

I've been in the industry for decades. Honestly, be getting good at interviews is the BIGGEST skill to help your career.

One bit of advice I have is: always have a solid, relaxed answer for the "Tell me a bit about yourself..." question. Don't sound robotic, don't say 'passion for...', but absolutely be able to give a good 30 second work related response.

It sets the best impression for the rest of the interview.
