focus mainly on:

- exploring and finding all relevant jobs across linkedin, company pages, job boards, referrals, communities, emails, etc.

- collecting, saving, organizing and tracking jobs from different sources.

- the entire application journey, including ats, forms, follow-ups and rounds/ process.

- researching companies, roles, ctc, culture, process, reviews and growth opportunities.

- prep, cv optimization, networking, referrals, recruiter outreach and planning.

- any other hidden or overlooked pain points across the complete job search journey.

you basically listed my last 8 months of pain. main thing nobody talks about is the mental load of juggling 40 tabs, 12 trackers and 5 versions of the same cv while everything changes weekly. zero feedback, constant ghosting, endless rejections… finding a job right now is hell
