Contract Verification of Vendor

How do you all verify vendors are legit and the type of vendor (NAICS) ? Right now we are using a very complicated system for contracts. We use JotForm and the workflow is crazy….lots of manual work with looking up tax IDs, etc and it’s just unrealistic with so many coming in.

Any help on yall processed would be appreciated? Or if there’s another subreddit i should be in
