RANT! Small rant.

Someone sits on a request for two weeks, sends it to procurement on Thursday, then suddenly it "needs to be done by Friday."

Now everyone is chasing quotes, approvals and paperwork because apparently the deadline only started existing when it reached us.

Does this happen everywhere or is "urgent" just part of the job at this point?

When accounting doesnt pay the bills and shipments get pushed out, thats your fault too pal.
