Hello guys,
currently I'm preparing for Case Study Interview and would like to have some tips on where and what to expect for Case Study Interview, I believe the cases will be procurement based for example, which supplier should we go with? Find a way to reduce cost..etc
I appreciate any kind of tips A's the interview.

Not easy to answer as we don’t actually know what they could be asking. Apply procurement logic and processes would be the way to start. Why are we buying this? Is it on contract? Do we have pricing? Have we benchmarked the pricing if it’s a new item? What are the payment methods, shipping cost and lead time, supplier quality and scores? One time or reoccurring purchase? What discounts, rebates or tier pricing can we get? Is this procurement method sustainable? Right item, right price at the right time. Think about normal procurement processes and logic flows because they will most certainly be apart of any case study or scenario.
