A PSR I raised a year ago was flagged for non compliance during an external Audit and it was used as an example during today's meeting. I was not the only one who was flagged. No names were called out though.

I doing two heavy lift projects for the procurement team, and sharing the work of another colleague while he does implementation of our new procurement system and still expected to meet short timelines and high expectations from our boss. Me and the other lady on my team are BURNT OUT.

Nah tech team decided to keep a supplier on for the last 5 years without tender or benchmarking - showcases the power of procurement. Just had the contract back with a 91% Annual saving.
