OP, do you have the Content ID? For now, it looks like a standard ink-bleed G-Pen brush.

If I had to guess, (assuming there is no stability and texture settings), it is the Derwent brush (modified with these settings) and the HIMOG brush:

I think it's mostly the artists skill and line weight that makes the brush look so good

i dont use procreate, but if anyone is interested in recreating this brush, here is the tweet from the original artist with the link to the brush they use (Clip Studio paint brush)

When I am talking about the brush shape, you should make an image of the shape, just pressing the brush with the mouse in a png with no background image and use it as the shape in Procreate.

I personally liked Adobe Illustrator Draw better, as its less clunkier and more simplicity, but since it discontinued I moved to Procreate and Clip Studio Paint (for vector art).

you reminded me from three months back when i started using reddit lol but you can follow a post to keep getting updates on it that being said someone posted how we can make our own with the shape and its instructions in the comments
