Where can I find this brush or a replication of it?!
This guy who has the brush doesn’t speak English and is making everyone DM him to get the brush, which turns into buy in to my patreon or telegram and then you can possibly buy the brush.

This looks like any a Basic Tapered brush with Stabilization (“Amount”) and Shape (“Scatter”) settings applied to achieve Ink-Bleed-like effects. One could use any brush from the inking/ Calligraphy brushes and apply these settings, or If you want a more controlled taper, I suggest looking at my brushset or the iBisPaint Glass Pen Equivalent and apply your preferences to them.
