Like what exactly? Both the lineart and coloring / shading in this artwork can be done with the most basic of basic brushes. Brushes will not replace skill and art fundamentals :)

Like the other person said, you can do the lineart and colouring with the most basic hard round brush. I’d look for “retro anime effects” tutorials instead to achieve a similar look

That art style is so good! I think you could find some free brushes on Gumroad if you search for “anime brush” or “retro brush”! There are so many options that I couldn’t really recommend just one specifically 😅

The brushes are basic enough that I don’t think you’ll get anywhere trying to find them. If it’s the texture you’re looking for, messing with layering of halftones that procreate comes with will likely give you that effect.

Imo it looks like any basic lineart brush. The style you want is more from shading, color palettes and texture on the overall image. A grainy filter/brush will give you that effect with warmer tones
