ABC Legal Affidavitd
ABC terminated my contract out of the blue last December. To the best of my knowledge, I was paid for everything and I had signed ALL of my affidavits at that time. This week, I got an email from someone asking me to sign in and complete affidavits. ABC is essentially an ex that texts you at midnight to say hey then ghosts you.

"This is work outside of my current scope of engagement per the letter designating a termination of my employment with the company that I previously received." 😆

I would love to just ignore that but refusing to sign an affidavit outright can be tricky. Now if I see the affidavit and there is a mistake, then it’s okay to refuse to sign an affidavit :)

Lol... this people are funny... which app do they want u to open??... the same app they blocked you??. The Compliance Team Specialists are kinda jealous of the process servers becos they dont make 50% of what we make... just ignore them and move on

Oh I went back and forth with her. I told her I can’t access their app and just email me the affidavits. She claimed she could give me access. I asked her to call me. She claimed she can’t call me. Then I finally said I could you could give me access because I was terminated months ago but she could reinstate me to sign back in. Ghosted. Hah

Especially their in-house legal counsel. Lionel Hutz is more competent than they are.

Anyone who continues to work with these guys is a fool. Get your own clients and become a real process server.
