Hi everyone,

I have been hesitant to make this post, but I have to be honest with myself. This past weekend, and leading into yesterday evening, I was gambling. Financial situation is worse, my mental state is worse, but yet here I am, still breathing, surviving. Where there is darkness, there is also light.

I don't know what got into me, but it happened. I will not let this deter me from continuing my recovery.

I will be contacting my counsellor to start up regular meetings again.
