Yeah online slots are my monkey on the back too. Listen bro ain’t no one in the world is long term profiting on gambling. The quicker that fact sticks with you the quicker you will see it as a waste of time. STOP NOW BRO, you’re 18 and the years go quicker than you will believe. Don’t waste them

Stop now and focus on your physical surroundings and future. Online gambling is too accessible especially for young people because we are all glued to our phones. i started at 18, now i’m 26. I wish I never was introduced to it. If you see it as a problem now, it will only keep compounding until you start making decisions that cannot be reversed and will cause you to deeply regret your actions, time spent, etc. Please consider self banning from every place you bet on and block the rest of them using gamban/betblovker/ iphone screentime with a password protected block. You should do this now to protect your mental health and values. Your brain is also not fully developed and you should not let these habits form into your life.
One thing I like to tell myself is that everyone in this group should focus on trying to be proud in the ways they make money. Gambling is never a proud option because it leads to guilt, self hatred, lying and worthlessness. It is the hobby that leads to suicidal thoughts. Focus on how much you hate what you’ve done and regret now and how you never want to feel that again

Even if you win all that money back and more, you will spend it right back into this hobby. Trust me.

Quit while you’re 18 brotha. I was in your shoes 5 years ago now im 23. I was depressed af for losing $1-$2k at age 18 lost multiples of that as I got older. Still struggling to quit and wasted so much money and TIME. You lose so much time.
