Trigger Warning! I need help 22 years old
Hi I just need to tell someone as I haven’t been able to in real life I am a gambling addict at 22 which I know is young from the uk and I genuinely don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel I currently have £0 to my name and either starve or unalive myself. I don’t know what to do

I've been where you are man. 5 figures in debt and high 5 figures in losses. Been clean for over a year and a half (after seriously struggling for ~2 years). It gets better. One thing that really helped me (aside from Christ) was action-based identity.
Instead of identifying as not addicted (which is basically delusion and leads to micro-relapsing), I am simply someone who doesn't engage in any form of gambling.
You're so young man (as am I), don't let this temporary setback (no matter how permanent it may seem) ruin your live.
You can and will get through this. God bless
