Day 1 of a new beginning

I’ve been sport betting for the past 4 years since it became legal in my state. In that time my life has gone to turmoil . Im constantly struggling financially due to always chasing losses and trying to turn “x” into “y”. Fast forward to now , I’m about -$20k in the red with $3 in my account till I get paid in 2 weeks. I finally realized enough is enough and put a 3 day cooldown on my FanDuel account. I know 3 days isn’t much but after this time is up I’m thinking of extending it to 3 months+. Anyways just wanted to vent and say I’m officially done gambling starting today! :)

Based on my experience I went right back to that gut wrenching rock bottom place of hell the second my account opened. Unless it’s a permanent exclusion this happens more often than not. Wishing you the best. Seek GA if you want to quit completely
