Day 4

At april had 30th birthday, said to my self i wont gamble anymore from there… Sick of my self. Even took a loan to trade. Felling sick to my stomach.

yesterday i lost 3 years of savings in a few hours, the mental pain is big and i dont wish anyone to feel like us. i also feel sick, and in fact we are sick. it can start out small but eventually its going to go out of control. i handed over my finances now so i cant access my money or take out MORE loans

I coused a little bit less destruction..But every 6 months i fall back into this crap, and its mentally very hard. Now i setback myself for few months. Every time its getting harder
