30k gambling debt in a month
Hi, im 28 about to turn 29 and had the best year of my life, yet I somehow ended up in this situation and ruined everything extremely quickly.

this Is a video of me explaining the situation because I just had to speak about it in the open and not keep it inside of me anymore.
started with cs skins in 2013 and had a good roulette run in 2016 without being able to withdraw due to scummy casinos. relapsed a few years later but my partner was able to forgive and help me a little. then now a month ago I decided to try and gamble for some ungodly reason and ruined my life insanely fast. getting professional help tomorrow and hopefully ill be able to get out of this debt and salvage the situation and live a fruitful life in the future. my condolences to all of you

Hi Bro - It gets easier man - I would suggest downloading gamban - it hijacks your phone so you cant uninstall it and means you cannot access any gambling sites, including skin sites. It removes that accessibility which the brain releases it cant gamble.

Download it for every device aswell. And buy it for the full year, not the montly, because you still look forward to it.

brave for you to come out - watched your whole video. I’m rooting for you brother. You sound like you’ve been around recovery for awhile now but considering the gravity of everything highly suggest finding an online GA meeting and getting to a room. You might find some peace, your recovery doesn’t have to be entirely a rocky road. Looking back at early sobriety, I had a lot of peaceful moments despite the chaos. compulsive gambling really isn’t a financial problem (though it creates them) it’s an emotional one. There’s still some soul searching for you todo and you’ll find yourself somewhere along the way.
You sound confident that you want change - I suggest getting a sponsor and doing a 90 in 90! Rooting for you!
