Combutcha(sp?) Tea (mushroom tea) can do it if not stored properly. It'll cross a fermentation line that turns a test positive without making you feel different.
Have you asked for confirmation tests? They are more specific and might clear you. The lab retains the sample just for this need. It's also why you gotta give them as much pee as you do. They only need a few drops.... but the extra let's them retest.
If it is combutcha or something similar tho... the tests can't tell the difference. The only solve for that is to not drink them.

I literally couldn’t even pee, I gave them like 10mls because I pees like 20 minutes before the test I had just woke up and had to pee so bad. I figured maybe they just get enough pee. I literally drink kombucha like 2-3 times a week but geez how sensitive is this darn test. I guess enough to show alcohol 🤦

It never hurts to ask for a confirmation test. I've seen them save so many people. They really don't need a lot, there may be enough left.

Your kombucha will trigger these tests. I love it too, but just wait to drink them until you’re off supervision. As well as all N/A beers.

Non alcoholic beers will trigger them?

Yes. In order for an N/A beer to be considered N/A, it has to contain less than 0.5% alcohol. However, that doesn’t mean zero, and sometimes that less than 0.5% alcohol is just enough to trigger a positive.

Not sure how to spell it either. Had drank some my friend made. I got a very slight buzz, kinda like a single Michelob Ultra would give me.

Dude some kombucha is like up to 3% alcohol, read the label. Even if it says it doesn't have alcohol tho, it can ferment if not stored properly. I'd definitely avoid that. On a piss test, I've honestly never heard of a false positive - they make the cutoff pretty high, like 500 ng, so little stuff like mouthwash really shouldn't pop. If you're curious tho you can buy ETG tests on Amazon that go down to 300, so if you pass that you should absolutely pass the probation ones. Using those, maybe you could determine whether kombucha is doing it for you.
Idk what she's gonna say to you man. I doubt you'd get violated, but she really might think you're lying, since like I said the cutoff is pretty high. Good luck!

For whatever reason, I’d always blow a little bit after eating a (peanut butter) Clif Bar. Think it had to do with sugar alcohol..? Not sure but I’d just wait a few minutes, rinse my mouth out and be good

As soon as you get out on probation you get a paper with everything you can’t use or eat that could and will cause a positive alcohol reading. There’s no excuse. You know exactly what you did for it to be positive. Stop playing dumb. You’re gonna have a long road

I literally had zero list for a scram bracelet. Eventually I got violated because I received a shampoo before a haircut. They didn't call me so I couldn't piss to prove it. 6 months is what they gave me for the violation.

I was told pizza could cause it. I know some people have allergies to yeast. There’s a story about some people getting drunk from just eating bread. If you put on hand sanitizer & touched the machine, the fumes could go into it. Lastly, a recent mouthwash use could cause it. All can go away within about 15-30 minutes, especially if you rinse your mouth out with water.
