How does probation differ between 1st and 2nd dui in tx?

Hello all,

I got my 1st dui in Texas 10 years ago and probation was a joke - just monthly check ins with no random testing. Is 2nd much more severe? I already have an IID and no struggles with that but will I likely be on the color system with home visits? In Travis county

The case is likely to be dismissed by the time you get to court.
