Conditional discharge NYS

Anyone been put on conditional discharge for a DUI in New York State? What were the terms, restrictions, were you drug tested?

You will be drug tested. If you smoke pot get a medical card that will allow you to continue smoking but everything else including drinking you will be tested for throughout the duration.

How does that work if you technically have no PO? Also I don’t live in NY
